Appointments

A $60 deposit is required to hold all appointments made online through Schedulicity or via the phone.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to Simply Massage the Wellness Center and our clients we require at 48 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, full charge for "no-shows". *No Refunds*  

Payment

Payment is due at the conclusion of your session. Simply Massage the Wellness Center accepts ZELLE, Cash, Check or Credit Cards($5 transaction fee for ALL CREDIT CARDS will be added) NOTE: 2 for $200 is a promo offer. Second massage must be taken within 30 days of the initial service to retain promotional offer.

Professional Boundaries

Simply Massage the Wellness Center adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. If client/therapist relationship be compromised in any way, the session will end immediately and FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE!

Late Arrivals

Due to the rapid growth of the business and the need to be accommodating Simply Massage the Wellness Center asks that you please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. As your appointment will end at its scheduled time.
